Turkey Gravy

1/4 c fat from drippings
1/4 c flour
3-4 c drippings and broth
1/2 t Poultry seasoning
Salt to taste
Directions
Pour all liquid from turkey into measuring cup or separator.
Separate fat from other drippings.
Supplement fat with butter if needed to make needed quantity.
Supplement drippings with broth to make needed quantity.
Combine fat and flour in sauce pan over medium low heat. Whisk together several minutes until lightly browned.
Add drippings and broth, poultry seasoning and salt. Whisk/stir until thickened.
