Clam Chowder

Ingredients

1 can minced clams

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups diced potatoes

1 cup diced carrots

3/4 cup margarine

1/2 tsp salt

Pepper to taste

3/4 cup half and half

1/4 cup regular milk

Directions

Put veggies in a large pot and cover with water. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender. Add juice from minced clams. In a separate saucepan, make a sauce with margarine, salt, pepper, half and half, and regular milk. Add sauce to veggies and clams. Heat through and serve.
