Barbecue Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients

4 beef short ribs

1 cup good quality barbecue sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon smoky paprika

30g butter

Mashed potato, to serve

Finely chopped parsley, to garnish

Directions

Pour barbecue sauce into Crockpot and add garlic and paprika. Whisk to combine and add beef ribs. Turn to coat in sauce, and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours.

When cook time has elapsed, gently remove beef ribs from the Crockpot and serve on mashed potato. Drizzle with sauce from the Crockpot and scatter over finely chopped parsley.
