– 8 to 9 Roma tomatoes

– 1 1/2 small, pickled jalapeños

– 4 sliced pickled carrots from the jalapeño container

– 1 thin, sliced white onion

– 1 Lime for fresh lime juice

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 10 dashes pepper

– 1 tablespoon apple cider

– 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

– Blend all ingredients together

– Refrigerate overnight
