Honey Chicken Pasta

12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
