Meatloaf ( beef and Sausage )

Ingredients

2 pound ground pork

2 pound ground beef

2 eggs

1/2 cup panco bread crumbs

1 sweet onion grind

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Ketchup

Directions

PRHEAT: Bake to 350 degrees. Rack in center, lightly grease 3 small (6 x 3 1/2 )

1. in Kitchen Aid mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together, mix with kitchen Aid paddle until just incorporated ( DO NOT OVER MIX )

2. Turn mixture into loaf pans and mound the top slightly.

3. Squirt with Ketchup across top.

4. Freeze or Cook.

Remove pan from the oven , pour off the excess fat, and let the meat loaf stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Internal temp 160. About 45 minutes

Insert probe into the center of the loaf and set to 160 degrees
