Beefy Vegetable Soup

1 pound boneless round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 (14 1/2 oz ) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
3 celery ribs, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 medium onions, chopped
2 large carrots, sliced
3 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 teaspoons dried basil
3/4 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
Directions
1. Spray a 4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker; stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
