Ingredients

2 Shallots, Finely Chopped

1 Fresno Chile, Finely Chopped

4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped

½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Salt

½ Cup Finely Chopped Cilantro

⅓ Cup Finely Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley

⅓ Cup Finely Chopped Oregano

1 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds

Zest Of 1 Orange

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and let sit for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
