Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

6 chicken drumettes (or breasts or tenders)

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup all-purpose flour, for coating

Sauce:

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp water

1 cup white sugar

1/3 cup vinegar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Dip chicken in egg, then in flour. Fry in a skillet until crispy, about 15 mins. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, and vinegar. Pour over chicken.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear.
