Fish Market Oven Garlic Crab

Ingredients

Make a sauce by mixing:

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup of melted butter

1 tablespoon of fresh garlic puree

2 teaspoons of paprika

1/2 a lemon juiced

6 or 8 grinds of fresh black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Clean a cooked Crab and break in half. Coat with the sauce rubbing throughly into every crevice. Arrange the coated Crab in a baking dish and bake for twelve to fifteen minutes.
