Dough:
3 and 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
Filling:
1 egg
Shredded cheddar
Shredded mozzarella
Shredded Monterey Jack
Feta
Ricotta
Directions
Mix dough ingredients in a bowl
Knead until dough ball forms
Wrap ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
Take dough out 1 hour before making
Mix cheeses and egg
Preheat oven to 400 F
Roll dough into small balls, add filling, fold in half, fork or twist the edges shut
Bake until golden brown
