1 1/2 lb raw ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 cup grated onion
1 large french bread loaf
8 oz grated colby cheese
Directions
PREHEAT: Bake to 350.
1. Cut french bread into half, (length wise) scoop out some of the middle grind, to make 1/2 cup bread crumbs put on cookie sheet
2. Mix together all ingredients and spread onto french bread. Put tinfoil around the edges of the bread leaving the meat exposed, cook for 45 min
.
Notes
At last 5-7 minutes, if you want a cheesier topping, place more cheese onto of your loaf, and cook till melted
