Red White and Blue Party Salad

2 (3-0z.) pkgs. Raspberry fla- vored gelatin, divided
3 cups boiling water, divided
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup half and half
I cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8-0z. Pkg. cream cheese, sof- tened
1/2 cup chopped pecans or wal- nuts (optional)
1 (21 0z.) can blueberry pie fill- ing
Directions
Dissolve 1 package rasp- berry-flavored gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Pour into a 13X9X2 inch dish; cover and chill until firm.
• Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a nedium saucepan; let stand ninute. Cook over low heat stirring until gelatin dissolves.
• Combine half and half and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
