Mom’s Chicken Meatballs

1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1/3 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/3 panko
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp fennel seed (crushed)
pinch ground pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients with a fork, having beaten egg beforehand
Add water as needed (~1/4 cup)
Pan on medium heat. 1/4 tsp avocado oil. With wet hands, form meatballs and place onto pan.
When all meatballs ane on pan, turn heat to medium-high and brown for ~3-4min.
Flip and brown for ~3 min. Then add 1/4 cup water, turn heat down to medium low, cover with lid and let steam for ~5 min, adding water when necessary. Turn heat all the way down, add pasta sauce and simmer until ready to serve
