Recipe: Garlic Noodles
1 lb thick wheat noodles or spaghetti noodles
1 bulb garlic, roughly minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
Garnish: sliced green onions
Directions
In a wok, boil enough water to submerge noodles. Cook noodles until al dente. Strain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
In the same wok, heat, butter, and oil together until butter is melted. Add garlic and stir fry until lightly softened.
In a small bowl, mixed together, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper, chicken bouillon.
Add noodles into the wok with garlic and butter then add the sauce mixture. Toss well.
Lastly, sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and give it another toss until every noodle is coated. Garnish with green onions. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
