PINEAPPLE CINNAMON MARGARITA

Ingredients

½ cup ice cubes

2 ounces (¼ cup) silver tequila

½ ounce (1 tablespoon) pineapple juice

½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice

½ ounce (1 tablespoon) agave syrup

½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Bols Triple Sec

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

1 pineapple wedge, for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup, triple sec, and cinnamon. Cover and shake vigorously for 4 seconds. Pour the drink, including the ice, into a rocks glass. Garnish with a few dashes of ground cinnamon and the pineapple wedge

Notes

Sweet and tangy pineapple and warming cinnamon make this margarita a vacation in a glass. Leave out the tequila and triple sec for a refreshing—yet unpredictable—non-alcoholic drink.
