Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken Thighs

Boneless chicken thighs (skin optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Tapioca starch or Corn starch
Freshly grated ginger
Freshly grated garlic
Soy sauce or coconut aminos
Honey (reduced amount if using coconut aminos)
(Optional) chili flakes to taste
Green onions for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Rinse and pat dry all chicken thighs
Coat in a mixture of salt, pepper and tapioca starch (salt and pepper to taste)
Pan fry in a small amount of oil in a preheated pan for 6 minutes on each side
Set aside until all chicken has been fried this way
Combine soy sauce or coconut aminos, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey in a measuring cup
Pour enough into the pan to coat the chicken pieces as they are cooked
Plate with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
