Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken thighs (skin optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Tapioca starch or Corn starch

  • Freshly grated ginger

  • Freshly grated garlic

  • Soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • Honey (reduced amount if using coconut aminos)

  • (Optional) chili flakes to taste

  • Green onions for garnish

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Rinse and pat dry all chicken thighs

  • Coat in a mixture of salt, pepper and tapioca starch (salt and pepper to taste)

  • Pan fry in a small amount of oil in a preheated pan for 6 minutes on each side

  • Set aside until all chicken has been fried this way

  • Combine soy sauce or coconut aminos, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey in a measuring cup

  • Pour enough into the pan to coat the chicken pieces as they are cooked

  • Plate with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
