¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup minced fresh dill

2 tablespoons minced green onion(about 1 green onion)

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste

¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper, or to taste
