Sausage Gravy w/ Biscuits

1 package jimmy dean sausage (mild or hot/spicy)
1 package pillsbury buttery flaky biscuits
2-4 Tbs All purpose flour
2-2.5 cups milk
1 Tbs pepper
Directions
Follow instructions on biscuit container and put biscuits in oven once oven is preheated.
In large pot cook sausage until fully cooked.
Push sausage away from center of pot and let grease accumulate in center. Add flour until all grease has been absorbed. Once large amount of grease is absorbed stir sausage. If there is remaining grease visible add small amount of flour to absorb and stir again.
Once sausage has a slight brownish tint to it add milk and stir.
As mixture simmers add milk to what consistency you like your gravy(more=thinner, less=thinner)
Add pepper to flavor.
Once boiling, turn heat off and serve over biscuits.
