1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 limes - juiced
2 tbsp. soy sauce or rice wine vinegar
Pinch of sugar (to taste)
Freshly ground salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Combine ingredients and stir until mixed.
Notes
Great topping for tuna steaks.
