Taylor’s Easy Chicken Ramen

Directions
Marinate chicken in oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Grill chicken until brown and set aside
Boil water, add instant noodles or rice noodles of choice to season boiling water
Boil for 3 minutes or as directed. Strain and set aside in a bowl (keep 1-2 cups of the boiling noodle water to use as base for soup)
Sauce
Make a sauce using the wet ingredients
Add to the water from boiling noodles
Chop up veggies to bite size pieces and add to noodle water
Boil for 5-8 minutes (when you can stick a fork through the veggies)
Add the noodles right before serving
Notes
Do not add house. If making gluten free
Use egg or rice noodles
