1/2 cup tahini

1 teaspoon maple syrup

3 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons capers (optional)

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 cups cilantro leaves

2 cups parsley leaves

Salt to taste

Directions

Blend: Transfer the red wine vinegar, tahini, maple syrup, garlic, capers, crushed red pepper, cumin, cilantro, parsley, and ¼ cup water to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
