Beef gravy

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups beef drippings (or beef broth)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
3 Tbsp cold water+ 3 Tbsp corn starch for slurry
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Melt butter in small sauce pan.
2. Add flour and whisk on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add beef drippings/broth slowly and whisk until well combined.
4. Add seasonings and make slurry in separate side dish to add in as well. Bring to a simmer.
5. Reduce heat to slow simmer and contiue to whisk on and off for 4-5 minutes. Taste and see if it needs more salt or pepper.
