Cream Puffs

Puffs:
1/2 cup Crisco
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sifted, all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs unbeaten
Cream mixture:
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cup milk
4 egg yolks
Directions
Boil Crisco, salt, and water together.
Stirring sifted flour until it comes off of side of pan.
Put in mixing bowl. Add one egg at a time. Set for two hours. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and 400° for 25 minutes.
For the cream mixture :
Combine the sugar, salt, and cornstarch over medium heat. Gradually stir in milk. Beat in egg yolks. Continue stirring until thick.
