3/4 cup Crisco (suspect you can sub butter per the container measurement)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Molasses
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3/4 teaspoon ginger
Preheat 375F
Mix:
Cream Crisco and Sugar
Add Molasses and egg, beat well
Add all dry ingredients and mix well
Roll dough into balls (tablespoon?)
Roll balls of dough in sugar
Bake 10 minutes or until edges crack.
Let the cookies rest on the sheets for a few minutes before taking them off.
