Ingredients

Rice: 2c rice, 1 can coconut milk, 1 cup broth, salt, turmeric, 1 tbs coconut oil

Sauce: 1T soy, 1 T sriracha, 1T brown sugar, 2T fish sauce,

Carrots, peas, half pound shrimp

Directions

Make rice and let cool

Cook veggies in coconut oil, add 1T ginger, cook for a few min, remove

Cook shrimp in sesame oil, add sauce and finish cooking, then add veggies and rice, stir and fry
