3 large blocks of mozzarella cheese (100 ounces)

Serving Size: 10 twelve inch pizzas
Step By Step
Warm 2 cups of whole milk to 100-110 degrees.
Put in bowl with 2 Instant Yeast Packets and let yeast sit for 5 minutes.
Add 4 cups flour, 2 tbs oil, 2 tsp of salt and combine together.
Knead for 10-15 minutes, the dough should be sticky but able to pick up and shape into ball.
Repeat this process 4 more times for 8 more pizzas, or however many times you need (one batch is two pizzas).
Let dough rise for 1 hour and preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Shape into 12 inch rounds with rolling pin and par-bake each pizza for 8 minutes until firm.
Create the sauce by blending 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp salt, 4 tbs
Italian seasoning and 4 cans of 15 ounce tomato sauce.
Top pizza with sauce, grated cheese, and toppings.
Freeze and bake when ready. Cook frozen at 425 for 20 minutes+, watch closely as depending on how big you rolled the dough, it may need more or less time.
