Frozen Kit Kat Bars

Frozen Kit-Kat Bars
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper
Place one layer of saltine crackers
In a sauce pan combine
1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
Stir on medium heat until it starts to bubble.
Take off heat and pour roughly a 1/3 of the mixture over the saltines. Repeat two more times.
(You use about 2 sleeves of saltines)
Melt and top with
2/3 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Place bars in the freezer for an hour to set. Remove them after they set and cut to desired size. Store them in the freezer. Best eaten cold.

USE PARCHMENT PAPER. Very rich. Thoroughly crush Graham crackers . Yo I will not be able to get them any smaller after adding
