Ingredients

4 Tbsps Soy Sauce

1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp Gochujang Paste

2 Tbsps Brown Sugar

24oz Lean Ground Beef (96/4)

1 Cup White Rice (Dry)

1 1/2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth

Fresh Green Onions (Optional)

Sesame Seeds (Optional)

Sriracha Mayo Ingredients (Optional):

4 Tbsps Light Mayo

2 Tbsps Sriracha

2 Tbsps Lemon Juice

Garlic Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients for the sauce together. Brown ground beef in pan; when about half done mix in the sauce.

Cook rice in another pot with the broth at the same time.
