Ingredients

1/4 cup potato starch

Sesame Oil

Chili powder

Adobo powder

Garlic powder

Olive oil

Onion powder

18 oz Tofu

Smoked paprika

Mirin

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Everything but the bagel seasoning

Honey

Directions

Drain the tofu and pat it complete drain. Make sure there’s no little to no moisture. Cut the Tofu into cubes. Marinate it with Chili powder, Adobo powder,Garlic powder,Olive oil,Onion powder & potato starch.

Air fry it for 15 minutes at 390 F. Set it aside.

Combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey & everything but the bagel seasoning.

In a fry pan, add the sauce and the tofu. Mix & fry. Serve.

Notes

Depending on your sweet level, you can add more chili powder and less mirin/honey.

Taste the flour mix & the sauce. This is important.
