Butter Bean Leeks with Chicken and Chorizo

Ingredients

  • x1 tin butter beans

  • x4 chicken thighs,

  • chorizo,

  • x2 leeks,

  • x2 red onion,

  • 60g bousin cheese,

  • x1 jelly chicken stock,

  • garlic cloves

  • x1 150ml water in with the stock,

  • miso paste (teaspoon),

  • serve with bread.

  • Oregano and basil/thyme

Directions

  1. Fry chicken and chorizo until crips, remove from pan

  2. Fry onions and leeks in butter add beans and then 2 mins later cheese and then stock and water and miso add back in chicken and chorizo. Add herbs and then season
