Easy Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup butter

1 onion, diced

1 cup vodka

2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes

1 pint heavy cream

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until slightly brown and soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes.

Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.

Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.

Serve over pasta.
