180g pork belly
1 bok choy
1 red chilli (I'm using thai but any would work, just depends on how spicy you would want it)
1tsp white sugar
1tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce pinch of ground ginger pinch of five spice
Directions
Slice the pork belly into 0.5cm thick pieces, chop the bak choi so its relatively the same size, and fine chop the chili
2. Start by heating a pan or wok with a bit of oil. Add in the pork belly to give it a good sear.
3. Once its golden and the oil has been rendered out, add the white sugar and keep mixing. This will provide a nice color and some caramelisation to the pork.
4. Add bak choi and chili. Mix. Then add in the Premium Oyster Sauce, ground ginger, and five spice. Give this a good mix on medium-high heat. Everything should look very glossy and delicious.
5. Give it a taste to adjust any of the flavors and when you're happy serve it up with some rice and enjoy!
