1 block softened cream cheese
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups homemade whipped cream
Toppings: peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, reese's pieces
Dippers: oreo thins, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, ritz crackers, nutter butter, apples, etc.
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and brown sugar together using a hand mixer. Once it's smooth and creamy, blend in peanut butter and vanilla extract. The texture will not be a bit thicker.
Fold in prepared homemade whipped cream (or Cool Whip if you prefer). It's important to fold in the whipped cream in increments by hand with a silicone spatula to avoid it deflating.
Place the peanut butter cheesecake dip into a serving bowl and decorate the top with your toppings of choice and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on a serving plate with the dippers.
