Holiday Fruit Salad

3 packages (3 oz. each) straw- berry flavor gelatin
3 cups boiling water
2 ripe bananas
1 package (16 oz.) frozen straw- berries
I can (20 oz. ) crushed pineap- ple in juice
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, • softened
I cup dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
• In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Slice bananas into gelatin mixture. Add fro- zen strawberries and un- drained pineapple. Pour half the mixture into 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate hour or until firm.
In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream and sugar; spread over chilled layer. Gently spoon remaining gelatin mixture on top.
Refrigerate until firm. About 2 hours. Cut into squares; serve on lettuce lined salad plates. Garnish with additional pineap- ple, if desired.
