Sesame Steak Sauce

Ingredients

Japanese Steak Sauce

¼ cup toasted white sesame seeds

2 tbsp onions

1 tsp garlic

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup water

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp mustard powder

1 cup of grapeseed oil or avocado oil

Directions

Using a Vitamix or a high-powered blender. Blend all the ingredients except the oil.

Once the mixture is fully blended, slowly incorporate the oil. Let the blender emulsify until it creates a thick sauce.

Toasted sesame seeds

Warm pan on stove for 30 seconds. Add seeds. Stir and shake until golden brown. Takes 4-5 minutes

Buddha Bowl

Meat on rice plus toppings: green onion, shredded carrots, spinach, peanuts, cilantros plus above sauce

Notes

Used stick emulsifier. Just add super small amounts of oil until it takes.

1.5 x makes a good amount
