Persimmon Bread

1 1/4 cups ap flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup persimmon purée
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
350^ oven
Grease 9x5 loaf nonstick loaf pan
Sift dry ingredients together in medium bowl
Cream sugar and butter in large bowl
Beat eggs and vanilla in small bowl
Add egg mixture into creamed butter and sugar slowly mix well using hand mixer
Add persimmon purée mix until just incorporated
Add flour mixture 1/3 at a time stirring with spatula
Pour in greased pan
Bake 48 minutes
