Spinach Salad

Ingredients

1 lb fresh spinach

1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Dressing:

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup dark cider vinegar

1 tsp celery seed

1 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

Rinse spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine bacon, mushrooms, and eggs. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Toss salad with dressing before serving.
