Gary’s ‘makes u eat 2 much’ Salmon marinade

for 5 lbs of Salmon

Ingredients

1/2 cup of light cooking oil

4 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/3 cup rye whiskey

1 1/2 Tbsp Demerara brown sugar

Directions

Marinade filleted salmon in 1/2 to 1 lbs chunks for 2 or more hours. Barbeque skin side down on hot grill for 7 to 10 minutes.
