1 tbsp onion & ginger & garlic paste
2/3 tsp Turmeric
1.2 tsp chili powder
3 cardamom
1/2 cinnamon
1 Tsp cumin powder
2/3 salt
1 tomato
Directions
Boil the egg in salt water for 15 minutes. Place it in cold water, and slightly make cuts on the white part.
Marinate the eggs with 1/3 chili powder, turmeric & salt. Fry the eggs in oil until it’s brown. Set it aside.
In a pan, add 1 onion. 1 tbsp onion & garlic & ginger paste. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder,3 cardamom, 1/2 cinnamon ,1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt ,1 tomato, 1 cup of water.
Mix and stir on medium heat.
Once oil is produced, add the eggs.
Add additional water, roughly 1 cup.
Once it’s gravy enough, serve.
