Easy Homemade Freezer Salsa
Yield: 8 cups or 16 serv

2 14 oz. cans of stewed tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 can diced green Chile’s
1/2 chopped onion
1 whole jalapeno, seeds and membranes removed, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of one lime
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a large food processor and process until desired consistency.
Notes
Make in the morning and let sit until supper before you put in container and freezer
