Ingredients

2 - 15oz cans black beans or black eyed peas

15oz can whole kernel corn

15oz can white shoepeg corn

15oz can mexican corn

2 - 10oz cans diced tomatoes & green chilis (Rotel)

8oz bottle of Italian dressing

1/2 red onion, chopped

6 green onions, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 tsp garlic salt

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Drain and rinse black beans / black eyed peas.

Drain cans of corn.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with tortilla chips.
