1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 oz pisco
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
3/4 oz simple syrup
ice
3 dash angosutra bitters
Directions
Make the simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a small saucepan and heating over low, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved. The syrup will keep in the fridge for about a month.
Combine all the cocktail ingredients (except the ice and bitters) in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Add the ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Pour into a glass and add the bitters.
