One-pan Cheesy Honey Garlic Meatball Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb frozen meatballs

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add frozen meatballs and cook until browned on the outside (about 5-7 minutes).

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and mix in shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
