No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.

Add vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats and mini chocolate chips.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and chocolate chips, stirring until well combined.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup, pressing down firmly.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

Once set, remove the oat cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
