Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

1 Chicken Breast or 2 Chicken Thighs
4 Garlic Cloves
1 ½ inch Ginger
1 Onion medium sized cut into 4
½ tsp Pepper Corns
½ tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Sweet Corn
2 Eggs
6 ½ cups Water
2 tbsp Corn Flour
½ tsp MSG Optional
Directions
In a pot allow chicken to cook in 6 cup water along with garlic, ginger, onion, pepper corn and salt for 30 minutes.
Remove cooked chicken and all other ingredients and bring stock to boil again.
Add corn and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, shred the chicken and keep it aside.
Get half of the cooked corn from the boiling soup and give a quick pulse in the blender to make them creamy.
Pour blended corn along with shredded chicken into the soup and continue to stir.
Add MSG and pepper and.m continue stirring.
Mix corn flour in ½ cup of water and add into the soup.
Continue stirring for about 3 minutes.
Then, beat the eggs and pour into the soup in a circular motion.
Stir the soup after 1 minutes to make a noodle like formation to the egg.
Soup is ready to serve.
Notes
Add green onion at the end as needed.
