¼-½ cup nudja depending on how spicy you want your sauce (or ½ lb Italian sausage or chorizo)

1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes

1 (15 ounce) can, drained white beans

3 cups baby spinach

4-6 large eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Crumbled feta for serving

Chopped fresh parsley for serving
