Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

2 lbs boneless (skinless chicken breasts, about 4)
1 cup homemade teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp cold water
Optional toppings: green onions and sesame seeds
Directions
Place chicken breasts in the bowl of your crock pot and top with teriyaki sauce, making sure to evenly coat the chicken. Cover and cook the chicken on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken and shred using two forks, set aside.
Mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water to make a slurry then mix that into the teriyaki sauce in the crock pot. This will thicken up the sauce.
Add the shredded chicken back into the crock pot and toss together until chicken is completely coated. Top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired, serve and enjoy!
