1/2 cup Nut butter (such as peanut butter or almond butter)
1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup
2 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Protein powder (flavor of your choice)
Dash of milk
1/2 cup Nuts
a pinch Salt
50 g Milk chocolate
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In the meantime, get a bowl and chuck the peanut butter & honey into it.
Step 3
Whack it in the microwave for 30 seconds and give it a stir.
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, honey & peanut mix, dash of milk, salt and mixed nuts.
Step 5
You want to have a slightly moist & sticky mixture that you can mold.
Step 6
Mold the mixture into a rectangular shape in the middle of a baking tray/tin foil.
Step 7
Chuck it in the oven for 15 mins.
Step 8
Melt some chocolate with a dash of water in the microwave and pour it over the top of the flapjacks once cooked.
Step 9
Leave the in the fridge for a few hours to set and then chop up and dig in.
