1 LB Ground Turkey 83/17
Add salt, pepper, paprika to original packaging.
Transfer to bowl, and add seasoning to the other side.
Shred 1 carrot
1-2 tablespoons fresh or frozen dill
Take 1 medium white onion, some water, and use smoothie mixer to make onion juice/smoothie
Add that to the bowl with the ground meat.
If you’re using lean ground meat, add a tsp to a tbsp oil.
Add teaspoon of ketchup
Mix everything together.
Make the sauce:
Cut onions, celery, carrots (shredded), bag of white mushrooms and sauté all together until they give out juice.
Combine chili sauce, duck sauce, and ketchup.
On a tray, spray with oil, and place round shaped ground Turkey mix on the tray. Preheat oven to 400F and once oven is at 400F, bake for 10 minutes so they hold shape.
With a spoon, take the tifteli with their juice and add to sautéed veggies. Add the chili/ketchup/ duck sauce so the tifteli are 1/2 to 3/4th covered.
Cook covered for 15 minutes.
